Head Baker
We're looking for a talented Head Baker to lead our morning baking team at our Pier 4 flagship location. You'll oversee the daily production of our signature pastries, artisan breads, and seasonal specials — ensuring every item meets the Tatte standard of handcrafted excellence. You'll mentor junior bakers, manage inventory, and collaborate with our culinary director on new recipes.

Senior Barista
As a Senior Barista at Tatte, you'll be the face of our cafe — crafting exceptional espresso drinks, educating guests on our seasonal coffee offerings, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You'll help train new baristas, support shift leads, and ensure our coffee standards remain world-class at all times.

Cafe Manager
The Cafe Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of our Boston locations, leading a team of 15–25 staff members. You'll oversee scheduling, inventory management, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. You'll partner with HR on hiring, handle escalations with grace, and embody the Tatte values in every interaction.

Pastry Chef
Join our creative kitchen team as a Pastry Chef, where you'll develop and execute innovative dessert menus, seasonal pastry collections, and special event offerings. You'll work closely with our Head Baker and culinary director to bring new ideas to life while maintaining consistency across all Tatte pastry offerings.

Guest Experience Associate
As a Guest Experience Associate, you're the heartbeat of the Tatte cafe floor. You'll greet guests, take orders, recommend menu items, and ensure every visit feels personal and memorable. This is an ideal role for someone with hospitality passion, a warm personality, and a love for great food and coffee culture.
